2、nsandotherprofessionalsdevelopmentalproblemsareenteringfostercareduringwithexpertiseinchilddevelopmentshouldbepro-theearlyyearswhenbraingrowthismostactive.Everyactiveadvisorstochildprotectionworkersandeffortshouldbemadetomakefostercareapositivejudgesregardingthechild'sneedsandbes
3、tinterests,experienceandahealingprocessforthechild.Threatstoparticularlyregardingissuesofplacement,perma-achild'sdevelopmentfromabuseandneglectshouldbenencyplanning,andmedical,developmental,andunderstoodbyallparticipantsinthechildwelfaresys-tem.Pediatricianshaveanimportantroleina
4、ssessingthementalhealthtreatmentplans.Forexample,main-child'sneeds,providingcomprehensiveservices,andad-tainingcontactbetweenchildrenandtheirbirthfam-vocatingonthechild'sbehalf.iliesisgenerallyinthebestinterestofthechild,andThedevelopmentalissuesimportantforyoungchil-sucheffortsr
5、equireadequatesupportservicestodreninfostercarearereviewed,including:1)theimpli-improvetheintegrityofdistressedfamilies.How-cationsandconsequencesofabuse,neglect,andplace-ever,whenkeepingafamilytogethermaynotbeinmentinfostercareonearlybraindevelopment;2)thethebestinterestofthechi
6、ld,alternativeplacementimportanceandchallengesofestablishingachild'sat-shouldbebasedonsocial,medical,psychological,tachmenttocaregivers;3)theimportanceofconsideringanddevelopmentalassessmentsofeachchildandachild'schangingsenseoftimeinallaspectsofthethecapabilitiesofthecaregiverst
