1、醉魚草提取物抑菌效果的研究摘要隨著公眾對“綠色食品”、“無公害食品”的要求越來越高，市場對植物源抑菌劑的需求量也逐漸增多?？梢姡罅Πl(fā)展植物源抑菌劑是社會、市場、公眾的需要。醉魚草(BuddlejalindleyanaFort)為馬錢科醉魚草屬植物，為落葉灌木，高1～2.5米。具有祛風(fēng)除濕，止咳化痰，散瘀，殺蟲，抑菌等作用。醉魚草原產(chǎn)世界熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)。在我國分布于江西，湖南，湖北，安徽等地。本實驗主要是用醉魚草提取物進(jìn)行抑菌實驗，采取的提取劑主要有水和95%的酒精，提取方式為索式提取，提取之后旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)得膏狀物，再用水溶解，進(jìn)行萃取實驗，萃取劑主要有乙酸乙酯，正丁醇等。用萃取
