2、稻產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)形成的適宜溫度與溫度影響時(shí)段以及溫度脅迫下水稻生理生化特征等方面進(jìn)行了梳理。灌漿初期(齊穗后20d)是溫度影響水稻產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)形成的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,適溫(21~26℃)有利于水稻灌漿和淀粉的充實(shí)與沉積,過高或過低溫度均不利于提高水稻產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)。溫度脅迫下,水稻生理生化活性下降,光合功能降低,抗逆性減弱,干物質(zhì)積累和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)受抑,從而造成產(chǎn)量下降及品質(zhì)變劣。這些可能為水稻優(yōu)質(zhì)高產(chǎn)栽培和灌漿結(jié)實(shí)期溫度研究提供一定的參考。關(guān)鍵詞水稻;灌漿結(jié)實(shí)期;溫度;產(chǎn)量;品質(zhì);生理生化中圖分類號(hào)S511文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼A文章編號(hào)1000-4890(2013)2-0482-10Effectsofair
