1、彩色多普勒超聲在宮外孕中的診斷價(jià)值【摘要】目的：探討彩色多普勒超聲在宮外孕中的診斷價(jià)值。方法:選取我院自2006年1月至2008年1月間術(shù)前經(jīng)彩色多普勒超聲診斷的宮外孕患者90例，總結(jié)分析超聲診斷符合率、聲像特征等。結(jié)果:本組90例患者后經(jīng)手術(shù)、病理證實(shí)為宮外孕者86例，準(zhǔn)確率為95.56%?？?4例(66.67%)患者子宮輕度增大。輸卵管妊囊型27例(30.00%),表現(xiàn)為較完整胎囊強(qiáng)冋聲光環(huán)，部分見胚芽;輸卵管包塊型52例(57.78%),表現(xiàn)為邊界不規(guī)則的包塊回聲，內(nèi)部回聲不均勻，胎囊顯示不清楚;輸卵管妊娠破裂出血時(shí)盆腔可見少或屮量積液
2、等。CDFI檢查顯示在囊實(shí)腫塊內(nèi)或周邊見到點(diǎn)狀或條狀彩色血流信號(hào)，呈動(dòng)脈樣血流頻譜，包絡(luò)線不清楚，呈單相或雙向低阻力，Vs為(50.05±5.02)cm/s,Vd為(23.20±4.45)cm/s,R［為(0.43±0.02)。結(jié)論:彩色多普勒超聲在診斷宮外孕屮具有其他檢查方式無法比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)，值得臨床應(yīng)用?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】彩色多普勒超聲；宮外孕；診斷DiagnosticValueofColorDopplerforPatientswithEctopicPregnancyBAOGuo-an,LINXi-yu(ThePeople'sHospitalofL
