1、加味溫膽湯治療抑郁癥30例臨床觀察)摘要：［日的］觀察加味溫膽湯治療抑郁癥的臨床療效。［方法］將60例抑郁癥患者隨機(jī)分為屮藥組和対照組，対照組30例給予鹽酸氟西汀膠囊，屮藥組30例給予加味溫膽湯，兩組療程均為6周。治療前及治療后2,4,6周末采用漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)于進(jìn)行評(píng)分；治療前后采用屮醫(yī)癥候量表、神經(jīng)心理學(xué)測(cè)驗(yàn)、抗郁藥副反應(yīng)評(píng)定最表(SERS)評(píng)價(jià)療效和不良情況。［結(jié)果］治療6周后，屮藥組與対照組臨床療效和當(dāng)，可明顯改善治療前HAMD評(píng)分，兩組未顯示統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；中藥組在治療4周后對(duì)中醫(yī)癥候具有明顯改善作用，與對(duì)照組有明顯差異(P<0.05)；兩組的基本執(zhí)行功能總分值存
