6、lydiagnosisandprompttreatmentshouldbeadvocated,atthesametimetostudymorecost-effectivemethodsforretinoblastomatreatment.KeywordsRetinoblastoma,therateofeyeballremoval,conservativetreatment摘要目的分析和探討視網(wǎng)膜母細(xì)胞瘤臨床診治特點(diǎn)。方法對(duì)我院1996年?2005年所收治的317例（362只眼）Rb患兒臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果Rb患兒初診癥狀最常見(jiàn)是口瞳癥，占81.39%
7、,初診年齡平均為30.18m,主訴時(shí)間平均為117.86d,眼內(nèi)Rb腫瘤厚度平均為10.71mm；有家族病史者占總體的1.89%,單眼為0.37%,雙眼為10.42%；Rb分期：眼內(nèi)期占總體的55.33%,青光眼期為10.00%,眼外期為32.67%,遠(yuǎn)處播散期為1.00%,自發(fā)萎縮者1.33%；治療方法包括傳統(tǒng)治療方法和保守治療方法，放棄治療者占總體的9.39%,保守治療者占治療患兒的12.50%,眼球摘除者占治療患兒的91.46%。結(jié)論Rb患兒就診較晚11病情比較嚴(yán)重，眼內(nèi)Rb腫瘤體積較人，眼外期患兒所占比重較大；我國(guó)Rb治療水平相對(duì)較低，和國(guó)外相比保守
