1、無保護會陰接生技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用無保護會陰接生技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用謝學(xué)萍周瑋曾杰摘要目的：探討無保護會陰接生技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法：選擇我院2014年10月~2015年2月分娩的初產(chǎn)婦100例,并隨機等分為對照組和觀察組,觀察組采用無保護會陰接生技術(shù)分娩，對照組采用常規(guī)的接生技術(shù)分娩。分別于產(chǎn)后比較兩組患者的會陰保護情況、產(chǎn)程時間、產(chǎn)后出血、產(chǎn)后會陰疼痛、新生兒窒息率、產(chǎn)婦滿意度、住院時間、住院費用。結(jié)果：兩組產(chǎn)婦不同產(chǎn)程時間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P>0.05）;觀察組會陰保護情況優(yōu)于對照組（P0.05）;兩組產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血、新生兒窒息比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.
