1、高成長型企業(yè)人才戰(zhàn)略研究畢業(yè)論文(20__屆)高成長型企業(yè)的人才戰(zhàn)略研究II高成長型企業(yè)人才戰(zhàn)略研究摘 要人力資源是一切資源中最寶貴的,是高成長型企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的推動力和根本保障。因此眾多高成長型企業(yè)為了使企業(yè)能做大做強(qiáng),紛紛提出“以人為本”的口號,把人力資源管理從戰(zhàn)術(shù)層面提升到一個戰(zhàn)略層面,而人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略的核心歸根到底就是人才戰(zhàn)略。只有有效地吸引人才、培養(yǎng)人才、用好人才,才能為高成長型企業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供生生不息的源動力。但是,高成長型企業(yè)在快速發(fā)展中往往忽視了對人才的管理,削弱了公司的競爭力,阻礙了公司發(fā)
2、展。因此,如何做好高成長型企業(yè)人才方面的工作,成了一個十分值得重視和研究的問題。本文通過對人力資源管理國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的綜述,結(jié)合高成長型企業(yè)的特點,并選取寧波裕人企業(yè)為案例進(jìn)行深入研究,通過問卷調(diào)查,訪談等方法針對該公司人才管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出了以多元化的激勵手段留住人才、培養(yǎng)人才,完善績效評估等解決的對策和建議。希望通過對裕人企業(yè)的分析,可以對其他高成長型企業(yè)做好人才管理工作有所幫助。關(guān)鍵詞:高成長型企業(yè);人才戰(zhàn)略;人力資源管理;對策AbstractII高成長型企業(yè)人才戰(zhàn)略研究Humanresource
