1、不同盆底康復(fù)治療女性產(chǎn)后盆底功能障礙療效評(píng)估【摘要】目的：探討不同盆底康復(fù)治療對(duì)產(chǎn)后婦女盆底功能障礙的臨床療效。方法：選取2012年11月至2013年11月期間，來我院治療產(chǎn)后盆底功能障礙性疾病的女性140例為研究對(duì)象，其中觀察組80例，對(duì)照組60例，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上以生物反饋聯(lián)合電刺激治療，對(duì)照組用陰道啞鈴訓(xùn)練，比較兩組患者治療前后的盆底肌力情況。結(jié)果：經(jīng)過康復(fù)治療，兩組的盆底肌強(qiáng)度較治療前均有不同的改善，且差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈005）；觀察組在V級(jí)中的治療效果高于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈005）,觀察組尿頻、尿急癥狀等的發(fā)生率比對(duì)照組
