2、肝切除,CT檢查殘留肝并記錄存活情況,術前、術后1、3、5d和術后1、2、3周定期抽血檢測肝功能,獲取肝組織HE染色,檢查肝病理情況。結(jié)果75%、85%及95%肝切除小型豬平均存活時間為(19.0±5.6)d,(17.3±5.5)d,(1.3±1.5)d,不同肝切除比例的巴馬小型豬病理學評分分別為(5.67±0.52)、(8.17±0.82)、(8.50±0.71)。隨著肝切除比例增加,肝功能衰竭發(fā)病率升高。85%肝切除可引起谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、堿性磷酸酶、乳酸脫氫酶、總膽汁酸水平顯著增高。結(jié)論85%體積肝切除可造成典型的小型豬急性肝功能衰竭模型。【關鍵
