1、摘要摘要本文以現(xiàn)代薪酬管理理論為指導(dǎo),對(duì)有關(guān)薪酬的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理、歸納,詳細(xì)了解了北奔汽車4S店組織架構(gòu)、人力資源情況和薪酬體系及管理現(xiàn)狀。從該汽車4S店的實(shí)際狀況出發(fā),基于薪酬滿意度四維度模型,采用PSQ薪酬滿意度調(diào)查問卷,通過對(duì)北京北奔汽車4S店各類員工進(jìn)行滿意度問卷調(diào)查,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度模型進(jìn)行分析,整理歸納得出一些影響薪酬滿意度的各因素所占權(quán)重。在對(duì)北京北奔汽車4S店進(jìn)行薪酬管理體系改善過程中,結(jié)合該公司所處的企業(yè)生命周期階段的特征,和薪酬滿意度調(diào)查結(jié)果,針對(duì)性地對(duì)北京北奔汽車4S店薪酬體系優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),如崗位工資優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、激勵(lì)薪酬優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、福利體系優(yōu)化措施、薪酬體系的完善等,同時(shí)提
