1、統(tǒng)計過程控制在車間質(zhì)量管理中的運用摘要：伴隨著改革開放和加入WTO,我國制造業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，己經(jīng)成為繼美國和H本Z后的第三個世界工廠。小小企業(yè)作為我國制造業(yè)的重要組成部分，伴隨著這一機遇，開始走出國門面向世界。由于質(zhì)量管理方法和理念的落后，我們的產(chǎn)晶很多時候都是劣質(zhì)低價的代名詞。因此，木文就統(tǒng)計過程控制在屮小企業(yè)車間質(zhì)量管理的應用進行了探討，以期對屮小企業(yè)實施質(zhì)量管理提供借鑒。首先簡要介紹了質(zhì)量管理的基本理論、質(zhì)量管理方法和統(tǒng)計過程控制基本理論。結(jié)合PY公司質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀，論述了公司導入過程控制的必要性。然后，以濾芯分廠的濾芯生產(chǎn)過程為實
2、例，詳細介紹了過程控制的實施過程。在過程控制實施過程屮，介紹了控制點的分析和特性值的選擇；數(shù)據(jù)收集過程屮的樣木數(shù)、子組數(shù)戸、以及子組抽樣的休哈特原理；并結(jié)合Excel詳細介紹了數(shù)據(jù)處理過程；用質(zhì)量軟件Minitab對數(shù)據(jù)進行快速圖表化以利于過程分析。最后分析證明過程處于統(tǒng)計控制狀態(tài)，過程能力指數(shù)符合要求，并且要繼續(xù)嚴加檢驗的結(jié)論。整個分析過程完整，結(jié)論清晰，并介紹了簡單易學的軟件輔助分析方法，能夠給屮小企業(yè)在實施過程控制時提供一定的參考作用。關鍵詞：質(zhì)量管理；統(tǒng)計過程控制；質(zhì)量變異；控制圖Usingstatisticalproces
