2、積分?jǐn)?shù)、料液比、微波功率和提取時(shí)間對芒果苷提取效果的影響,并采用Kirby—Bauer紙片擴(kuò)散法分析芒果苷的抑菌性?!窘Y(jié)果】影響芒果皮中芒果苷提取效果的因素順序?yàn)椋阂掖俭w積分?jǐn)?shù)>提取時(shí)間>微波功率>料液比,其最佳提取工藝條件為:以70%乙醇為提取溶劑,在微波功率600W、料液比1:10條件下提取15min,芒果苷提取量為4.622mg/g;提取的芒果苷對大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌均具有一定的抑菌作用,其中對大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌質(zhì)量濃度均為1.250mg/mL,對白色念珠菌的最低抑菌質(zhì)量濃度為0.625rag/mE?!窘Y(jié)論】微波提取是提取
