1、第29卷第2期礦冶工程V0I.29№22009年04月蕾ⅡNGANDM匝TALLURGICALENGINEERGApril2009粒度對(duì)高鐵三水鋁石型鋁土礦燒結(jié)性能和燒結(jié)礦顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響①朱忠平,姜濤,黃柱成,李光輝,張?jiān)?,莊劍嗚(中南大學(xué)資源加工與生物工程學(xué)院,湖南長(zhǎng)沙410083)摘要:以某高鐵三水鋁石型鋁土礦為原料,研究了鋁土礦粒度對(duì)燒結(jié)礦產(chǎn)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明,原料的平均粒度增加,燒結(jié)礦轉(zhuǎn)鼓強(qiáng)度和成品率均降低。當(dāng)平均粒度為1.6~2.4mm時(shí),垂直燒結(jié)速度大于30mm/min,利用系數(shù)大于1.3t/(m·h),轉(zhuǎn)鼓強(qiáng)度大于68.5%,成品率大于80.
2、0%,平均粒度在1.8mm左右時(shí)垂直燒結(jié)速度和利用系數(shù)達(dá)到最大值。原料的粒度對(duì)燒結(jié)礦礦相影響不大,但對(duì)礦物組成有影響。燒結(jié)礦粘結(jié)相主要由含鋁硅的鐵酸鈣和含鐵硅的鋁酸鈣組成,當(dāng)粘結(jié)相中鋁鐵原子比AL/(Al+Fe)小于0.2時(shí)形成鐵酸鈣;當(dāng)AL/(Al+Fe)比值大于0.2時(shí)形成鋁酸鈣。平均粒度增加,燒結(jié)礦中鐵酸鈣含量減少,鋁酸鈣增加,鐵酸鈣由針狀、片狀向不定形狀發(fā)展。鐵酸鈣的含量及鐵酸鈣的形狀決定燒結(jié)礦強(qiáng)度。關(guān)鍵詞:粒度;高鐵i水鋁石型鋁土礦;燒結(jié)性能;顯微結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號(hào):TF521,TF821文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0253—6099(2009)02—0050—
