5、BigDyeterminatorV3.1KitSARS-relatedCoV,discoveredintheChinesehorseshoebats(AppliedBiosystems,USA),editedinCLCBiomainwork-(Rhinolophusspp.)(Lauetal.2005).Thisstimulatedfurtherbenchv6(CLCbio,Denmark)andalignedusingClustalXininvestigationsintothepresenceanddiversi
6、tyofbatcor-BioEdit(Hall1999).Aneighbor-joiningphylogenetictreeonaviruses(BtCoV)globally,andthesestudieshavecon-wasconstructedwith1000bootstrapreplicatesinMEGA5comitantlyledtothedescriptionofvariousnovelBtCoVs(Tamuraetal.2011).(Poonetal.2005,Drexleretal.2010,Reu
