5、rinfectiousdiseases,aspeciTctestisneededforacon-clusivediagnosisofBCoVinfection.BesidessensitivetestsarerequiredtodetectBCoVespeciallyatearlyorlatestagesofdiseasewhentheyhavelowlevelsofviralshedding.ThecurrentmethodsusedforthediagnosisofBCoVconsistmostlyofthed
6、etectionofviralRNAbyconventional(RT-PCR)andreal-timereversetranscriptionpolymerasechainreaction(qRT-PCR)[3D6].Recently,isothermalnucleicacidampliTcationtechniques,suchasrecombinasepolymeraseampliTcation(RPA)assayandreversetranscriptionloop-mediatedisothermalam
