1、［經(jīng)典］高血壓腦出血術(shù)后患者亞低溫治療療效觀察高血壓腦出血術(shù)后患者亞低溫治療療效觀察【摘?！磕康呐c常溫下治療高血壓腦出血術(shù)后患者臨床效果相比較，探討亞低溫對患者的臨床效果。方法選取100例高血壓腦出血術(shù)后患者,分為亞低溫組(50例)和常溫對照組(50例),亞低溫組術(shù)后開始用冰毯機(jī)持續(xù)降溫，維持體溫32°C?35°C。配合應(yīng)用冬眠、鎮(zhèn)靜、解痙等措施，治療時間為5?7do對照組患者給予常規(guī)治療，措施與亞低溫組相同。兩組患者傷后當(dāng)天及第1,3,5,7天行頭顱CT掃描檢查,動態(tài)觀察損傷腦組織的影像學(xué)變化，并作預(yù)后分
