1、檢測與控制2014年第1期(第27卷,總第129期)·機械研蕪與應(yīng)用·沖擊響應(yīng)時域法測量轉(zhuǎn)子的一階臨界轉(zhuǎn)速劉高進,馬會防,章躍洪,陸勇星,張恒(1.金華職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院機電工程學(xué)院,浙江金華321017;2.上海凱泉泵業(yè)(集團)有限公司技術(shù)中心,上海201804)摘要:通過對沖擊響應(yīng)時域法的研究,提出一種更加適合中小企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速測定方法。首先從理論上分析了沖擊激勵點與響應(yīng)測量點的選擇對分析沖擊響應(yīng)具有重要作用,激勵點的選擇可以控制模態(tài)振型的組合,而測點位置的選擇能夠反映特定階次振型的振動;然后對某型號多級離心泵轉(zhuǎn)子進行多次沖擊響應(yīng)測定實驗,通過對比
2、頻域信號確定了最佳激勵點和最佳測點的位置,還探討了最佳激勵點和最佳測點與振型的關(guān)系;最后對多個激勵點與測點測得的時域信號進行了一階臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的測算,結(jié)果證明最佳激勵點和最佳測點測的效果最好該研究為轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的測量提供了一種較為簡易的測量方法,具有重要的應(yīng)用和參考價值。關(guān)鍵詞:最佳激勵點;最佳測點;臨界轉(zhuǎn)速;時域法;沖擊響應(yīng)中圖分類號:TH824文獻標志碼:A文章編號:1007—4414(2014)0l一0206—04TheMeasurementofRotorSFirstOrderCriticalSpeedwithMethodofTimeDomainS
