2、注施工方法,提升波形鋼腹板Pc組合箱梁橋的施工水平,以體現(xiàn)該橋型的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。以工程實(shí)橋?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,對(duì)比分析了傳統(tǒng)掛籃施工法與異步澆注法的工藝流程及經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)?;诖笮陀邢拊绦駻NSYS,建立了該橋的精細(xì)化有限元計(jì)算模型,對(duì)施工全過(guò)程結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵截面的受力進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,并與實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。研究表明,異步懸臂澆注法工藝流程簡(jiǎn)潔、工期短、經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)高,具有傳統(tǒng)掛籃施工法無(wú)可比擬的優(yōu)越性;異步施工法施工全過(guò)程中結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力變化合理,始終處于安全范圍內(nèi)。關(guān)鍵詞:橋梁工程;PC組合箱梁;有限元法;波形鋼腹板;應(yīng)力中圖分類號(hào):U448.21+6文獻(xiàn)
