2、期內(nèi)源激素含量的差異及其與苦蕎產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的關(guān)系,以四川本地4種苦蕎品種西蕎1號(hào)、米蕎1號(hào)、川蕎1號(hào)和川蕎2號(hào)為試驗(yàn)材料,對(duì)比2種栽培方法下4種苦蕎的內(nèi)源激素含量、產(chǎn)量和營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì);測(cè)定其在常規(guī)栽培方法和新型栽培技術(shù)(發(fā)明專利申請(qǐng)?zhí)?01610057193.3,公開號(hào)105660133A)下苦蕎的單株粒重、千粒重、產(chǎn)量、膳食纖維、蛋白質(zhì)、黃酮和淀粉的含量,以及其成熟期莖、葉、根中脫落酸(ABA)、玉米素+玉米素核苷、生長(zhǎng)素(IAA)、1-氨基環(huán)丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)和多胺(腐胺、亞精胺、精胺)等內(nèi)源激素的含量,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果顯示,
3、4種苦蕎的膳食纖維、蛋白質(zhì)、黃酮及淀粉含量與苦蕎葉中的ABA含量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān);蛋白質(zhì)含量與葉、根中的玉米素+玉米素核苷及IAA含量呈顯著或極顯著正相關(guān);黃酮含量與葉中的IAA、ACC和多胺的含量呈顯著或極顯著正相關(guān)。表明苦蕎的產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)與其不同部位間的內(nèi)源激素含量有密切關(guān)系,并且可以通過新型栽培技術(shù)調(diào)節(jié)其內(nèi)源激素含量,以達(dá)到改善苦蕎品質(zhì)和產(chǎn)量的目的。關(guān)鍵詞:苦蕎;內(nèi)源激素;栽培技術(shù);產(chǎn)量;品質(zhì)中圖分類號(hào):S517文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1672?352X(2017)04?0732?06Effectsofdifferentcultivat
