1、上海農(nóng)業(yè)學報2013,29(6):100—102ActaAgriculturaeShanghai文章編號:1000—3924(2013)06—100—03不同肥料處理對苦蕎產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的影響趙鋼,鄒亮,彭鐮心(成都大學生物產(chǎn)業(yè)學院,成都610106)摘要:以2份苦蕎材料‘T367’和‘T398’為試驗對象,研究不同肥料處理對其產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明:有機肥和無機肥混合處理時,苦蕎材料的產(chǎn)量顯著高于其他施肥處理,且‘T367’的產(chǎn)量顯著高于‘T398’。有機肥處理時,苦蕎材料的淀粉、總膳食纖維和可溶性
2、膳食纖維的含量較高,而黃酮、不溶性膳食纖維的含量最低;用有機一無機復合處理時,蛋白質(zhì)含量最高;2份苦蕎材料間品質(zhì)存在差異,苦蕎‘T398’的淀粉、蛋白質(zhì)和可溶性膳食纖維的含量高于‘T367’,而總膳食纖維含量低于‘T367’;兩品種間的黃酮含量及理化特性基本接近。在不施肥處理時,2份苦蕎材料對不飽和脂肪的吸附能力較高,對飽和脂肪的吸附能力與各肥料處理間差異不顯著,‘T367’對脂肪的吸附能力高于苦蕎‘T398’。關(guān)鍵詞:苦蕎麥;產(chǎn)量;品質(zhì);施肥試驗中圖分類號:S517;S506文獻標識碼:AEffec
