1、2008年11月護理學報November,2008第15卷第11期JournalofNursing(China)Vol.15No.1111【調(diào)查研究】糖尿病患者自我血糖監(jiān)測現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查胡鵬,徐蓉,楊丹(華中科技大學同濟醫(yī)學院附屬同濟醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科,湖北武漢430030)[摘要]目的了解糖尿病患者自我血糖監(jiān)測的相關知識認知情況及血糖自我監(jiān)測現(xiàn)狀,為進一步開展糖尿病教育、加強糖尿病患者自我管理提供依據(jù)。方法采用問卷調(diào)查法對500例糖尿病患者就自我血糖監(jiān)測相關知識的掌握情況和血糖監(jiān)測狀況進行調(diào)查,發(fā)放問卷500份,收回有效問卷485份。結(jié)果79.8%的患者
2、對血糖監(jiān)測重要性認識不足,73.6%不了解血糖控制的目標;44.3%患者沒有進行自我血糖監(jiān)測,原因包括因經(jīng)濟問題不愿使用血糖儀、不會使用血糖儀等;55.7%患者進行自我血糖監(jiān)測,其中半數(shù)以上患者對血糖監(jiān)測方法未正確掌握,62.2%對血糖監(jiān)測的時間和頻率缺乏認識。結(jié)論糖尿病患者自我監(jiān)測血糖現(xiàn)狀不樂觀,且監(jiān)測血糖相關知識缺乏。應加強對糖尿病患者自我血糖監(jiān)測知識宣教,提高糖尿病患者對血糖監(jiān)測重要性的認識,加強對糖尿病患者自我血糖監(jiān)測技術上指導,提高糖尿病患者的自我管理意識和能力。[關鍵詞]糖尿??;自我血糖監(jiān)測;認知;健康教育[中圖分類號]R587.1
