2、理化層用于可重用設(shè)計(jì)信息構(gòu)建,檢索層和設(shè)計(jì)層用于支持設(shè)計(jì)重用過程,中間層是可重用設(shè)計(jì)信息層。研究了基于矩陣變換的零部件之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性、基于事物特性表的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)與產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理集成、基于事物特性表的部件-組件-零件-特征四層次設(shè)計(jì)單元建模,以及設(shè)計(jì)中的規(guī)則推理等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。對(duì)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了軟件實(shí)現(xiàn),并已應(yīng)用于汽配企業(yè)。關(guān)鍵詞:大批量定制;設(shè)計(jì)重用;支撐平臺(tái);事物特性表;計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì);產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理;規(guī)則推理中圖分類號(hào):TP391.72文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:ADesignreusesupportingplatformf
