1、中國虐虧通提2013,29(34):162—165ChineseAgriculturalScienceBulletin不同炭基肥料對小白菜硝酸鹽含量、產(chǎn)量及品質(zhì)的影響付嘉英,喬志剛,鄭金偉,李戀卿,潘根興,劉福禮,張旭輝,鄭聚峰,王家芳,俞欣妍(南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院,南京210095)摘要:利用生物質(zhì)炭與化肥混合制成的生物質(zhì)炭基肥料進行田間試驗,比較炭基肥料對蔬菜硝酸鹽積累的影響以及不同原料生物質(zhì)炭基的肥效差異。選擇小麥秸稈炭、花生殼炭、棉花秸稈炭3種炭基肥料,炭基肥養(yǎng)分含量為37%,N:PO:K:O=18:9:10。以普通復(fù)合肥為對照
2、,總養(yǎng)分為45%,N:PO:K20=l5:15:15。結(jié)果表明,與普通復(fù)合肥相比,麥秸秸稈炭基肥處理使小白菜硝酸鹽含量顯著降低了35.38%,可溶性糖含量提高31.12%,維生素c含量提高31.55%。同時施用的小麥秸稈炭基肥在總養(yǎng)分含量比普通復(fù)合肥減少18%的條件下,小白菜的產(chǎn)量顯著提高了45.03%。而花生殼炭基肥和棉花秸稈炭基肥處理效果不明顯。因此,小麥秸稈炭基肥有望成為有效的降低小白菜的硝酸鹽含量、提高品質(zhì)和產(chǎn)量的新型環(huán)保肥料。關(guān)鍵詞:炭基肥;小白菜;硝酸鹽;產(chǎn)量;品質(zhì)中圖分類號:s3文獻標(biāo)志碼:A論文編號:2013—0935Efec
