2、解決北方秋冬季節(jié)由于氣溫低、周期漫長(zhǎng)而導(dǎo)致的大量農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物堆積問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物和堿性土壤的篩選,得到糖、淀粉、蛋白質(zhì)和纖維素的降解單茵。將這些單茵進(jìn)行混合、復(fù)配,得到可分別將糖、淀粉、蛋白質(zhì)和纖維素降解率提高12.42%、18.03%、12.35%和12.59%的低溫混合功能降解茵。不同低溫混合功能降解茵使物料升溫,從而進(jìn)入中溫期,帶動(dòng)中溫菌株和高溫菌株生長(zhǎng)、繁殖,產(chǎn)生大量生物能,進(jìn)入高溫階段,完成無(wú)害化處理。關(guān)鍵詞:低溫菌株;降解茵;混合發(fā)酵劑;鑒定;溫度中圖分類號(hào):$828.5文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志

8、fication;tern—perature北方秋冬季節(jié)溫度低、氣候干燥、周期漫糖、淀粉、蛋白質(zhì)等簡(jiǎn)單有機(jī)物分解菌多數(shù)長(zhǎng),堆肥速度嚴(yán)重下降,大量遺棄的秸稈不能及隸屬于嗜冷菌,嗜冷菌在低溫條件下通過(guò)自身生時(shí)得到降解和處理,造成環(huán)境重度污染和資源浪理特殊機(jī)制將有機(jī)物降解,使堆肥堆溫度迅速上費(fèi)n。低溫發(fā)酵關(guān)鍵在于起溫,快速進(jìn)人高溫期決升,帶動(dòng)纖維素降解菌等中溫菌進(jìn)入中溫期。由定整個(gè)堆肥無(wú)害化進(jìn)程和發(fā)酵周期。于分解纖維素等有機(jī)物促進(jìn)肥堆溫度提高,產(chǎn)生收稿日期:2015—01—26基金項(xiàng)目:國(guó)家科技重大專
