1、熱帶作物學(xué)報2012,33(2):346—352ChineseJournalofTropicalCrops藤本豆根結(jié)線蟲病的病原鑒定及其侵染特性的研究劉國坤,肖順,張紹升,張敦富,吳秋月福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)植物保護(hù)學(xué)院,福建福州,35002摘要在福建省發(fā)現(xiàn)豆科新品種多年生藤本豆(Lablabsp.)發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的根結(jié)線蟲病,根部可產(chǎn)生巨大根結(jié),根結(jié)內(nèi)組織內(nèi)可埋生數(shù)以百計的雌蟲,卵囊產(chǎn)于根結(jié)內(nèi)。通過形態(tài)特征及rDNA—IrS區(qū)序列擴(kuò)增比對,藤本豆根結(jié)線蟲鑒定為南方根結(jié)線蟲(MeloidogyneincognitⅡ)。多年生藤本豆受根結(jié)線蟲為害為首次記述,也是南方根結(jié)線蟲新寄主。接種
2、實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,2齡幼蟲主要侵染藤本豆根尖,也可侵染根其他部位,雌蟲與卵囊埋生于根結(jié)內(nèi),卵可直接孵化并在根內(nèi)直接侵染發(fā)育,根結(jié)大小發(fā)展快,根結(jié)堅硬,表面組織不易腐解,雄蟲只能在后期根結(jié)腐敗組織處發(fā)現(xiàn)。在環(huán)境溫度(2436oC),生活史最短為24d。田間重要雜草空心蓮子草(Afzernantheraphiloxeroides)根結(jié)線蟲病發(fā)生普遍,形態(tài)特征鑒定為南方根結(jié)線蟲,田間調(diào)查及交叉接種實(shí)驗(yàn)表明其可能為田問藤本豆根結(jié)線蟲病的主要侵染來源關(guān)鍵詞藤本豆;南方根結(jié)線蟲;鑒定;侵染特性;空心蓮子草中圖分類號s435.29文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼AIdentificationofRoot-K

5、knotnematodeanditwasthenewrecordhostforincognita.Theresultsofinoculationshowedthatsecond—stageiuvenilesofroot—knotnematodeusuallypenetratedtheroot-tipofLablabsp.,butalsopenetratedtheothersitesofroots.Eggmassesproducedbymaturedfemaleswereentirelyembeddedintheroot.Afterhatchinginsidethero
6、ot.secondaryinfectionsofthesecondiuvenilesmaytakeplaceintheroot—knot.Theroot—knotinduecdbyroot—knotnematodesdevelopedrapidlytolargegalls.rhemalecouldbefoundonlyindecayingrootatlategrowthstageofroot—knot.Theshortestlifecyclewascompletedin24daysatanambienttemperaturesof24~36oC.Commonoccur
7、renceofroot—knotdiseaseofAZternantheraphiloxeroideswasalSOfoundinthefieldofLablabsD.Theroot—knotnematodeonA.philoxeroideswasidentifiedasincognitbaseonmorphologicalcharacteristics.Thefieldinvestigationandcross—inoculationexperimentsshowedthattherootknotnematodeofA.philoxeroidesw
