1、三}蔓求食品摹II斜枝1.34,No.05,2013響應(yīng)面優(yōu)化超聲波法提取黑豆異黃酮的工藝研究豆亞靜’,張曉龍’,常麗新,閏金萍’,吳丹’(1.河北聯(lián)合大學(xué)輕工學(xué)院,河北唐山063000;2.河北聯(lián)合大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,河北唐山063000)摘要:以產(chǎn)于吉林的黑豆為材料,采用超聲波法對黑豆異黃酮的提取工藝進(jìn)行了研究。在單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)上,選擇液料比、提取時(shí)間、溫度進(jìn)行三因素三水平的中心組合設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn),利用Design—expert軟件進(jìn)行響應(yīng)面分析。超聲波法提取黑豆異黃酮的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:液料比46:1(mL
2、/g)、提取時(shí)間51min、提取溫度52℃,異黃酮提取率實(shí)測值為1.883%,預(yù)測值為1.891%,理論值與預(yù)測值相差甚小,可確定利用響應(yīng)面優(yōu)化異黃酮提取的工藝參數(shù)可靠,并有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。與振蕩提取方法相比,超聲波提取法具有高效、省時(shí)、節(jié)能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。同時(shí)在最佳提取工藝條件下測定了其他四個(gè)產(chǎn)地的黑豆異黃酮含量,結(jié)果表明,產(chǎn)于吉林的黑豆異黃酮含量最高,產(chǎn)于山西的黑豆異黃酮含量最低。關(guān)鍵詞:黑豆,異黃酮,超聲波法,響應(yīng)面實(shí)驗(yàn)Researchofultrasonicwaveextractionofisoflavon
