2、學(xué)輕工與食品學(xué)院,廣州510640)摘要:【目的】?jī)?yōu)化蔗梢多糖的提取工藝條件,為蔗梢多糖的開發(fā)利用提供技術(shù)參考。【方法】以多糖提取率和DPPH自由基清除率為指標(biāo),采用響應(yīng)面法分析優(yōu)化超聲波提取蔗梢多糖的工藝條件。【結(jié)果】超聲波提取蔗梢多糖最佳工藝為:超聲功率640W,提取溫度69℃,提取時(shí)間29min,在此條件下,其多糖提取率為4.68%,DPPH自由基清除率為74.89%?!窘Y(jié)論】采用響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化蔗梢多糖超聲波提取工藝具有較高的可行性。關(guān)鍵詞:蔗梢;多糖;超聲波提??;提取率;DPPH自由基清除率;響應(yīng)面法
