2、探討B(tài)CG初次免疫,結(jié)核分枝桿菌Ag85ADNA疫苗加強(qiáng)免疫的序貫免疫策略對(duì)小鼠的免疫效果。采用BCG及結(jié)核分枝桿菌Ag85ADNA疫苗依次免疫小鼠,在末次免疫后的4、6、8周通過(guò)檢測(cè)小鼠血清總IgG抗體、特異性淋巴細(xì)胞增殖.細(xì)胞因子的水平,觀測(cè)BCG初次免疫,Ag85ADNA疫苗加強(qiáng)免疫的策略對(duì)小鼠的免疫效果。結(jié)果顯示,采用BCG初次免疫,結(jié)核分枝桿菌Ag85ADNA疫苗加強(qiáng)免疫的策略組的小鼠與其它免疫方式組相比,IgG明顯升高(P%0.05)、特異性淋巴細(xì)胞明顯增殖、IFN7、II-2、II一4水平
3、明顯增高(P%0.05)。由此可知,在采用BCG初次免疫,結(jié)核分枝桿菌Ag85ADNA疫苗加強(qiáng)的免疫策略后,能增強(qiáng)對(duì)小鼠的免疫效應(yīng),尤其是Thl型細(xì)胞免疫反應(yīng)增強(qiáng)明顯,為進(jìn)一步在動(dòng)物體內(nèi)進(jìn)行保護(hù)性效應(yīng)試驗(yàn)的研究提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:結(jié)核分枝桿菌;序貫免疫策略;Ag85A;BCG中圖分類號(hào):R450文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:AImmunogenicityofBCGPrime—Ag85ABoostAgainstMycobacteriumTuberculosisWANGChan,WANGXinmin,J1Rong,HUA
