1、纟頡沙坦聯(lián)合卡托普利治療76例慢性心力衰竭的療效觀察doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.2.6摘要目的：探討纟頡沙坦聯(lián)合卡托普利治療慢性心力衰竭的臨床效果。方法：2012年1月-2013年8月收治慢性心力衰竭患者152例，隨機(jī)分成對照組和觀察組，各76例，對照組給予纟頡沙坦80mg/次？H,連續(xù)治療8周。觀察組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用卡托普利進(jìn)行治療。結(jié)果：觀察組治療前LVESV(185.6±27.9)ml,治療后(162.1±23.8)ml；LVEDV治療前(128.5±25.8)ml,治療后(99.8±24.9)ml；LVEF
2、治療前(31.1%土&9%),治療后(40.1%±10.l%)o對照組治療前LVESV(183.6±29.3)ml,治療后(32.6±8.8)ml；LVEDV治療前(127.2+29.9)ml,治療后(101.8±27.9)ml；LVEF治療前(31.1%土&9%),治療后(3&1%±11?1%)。兩組治療前后LVESV、LVEF、LVEDV比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),兩組治療后觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P〈0.05),觀察組總有效率為89.5%,對照組總有效率為64.5%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P〈0?05)。結(jié)論：纟頡
