1、外科雜志2014年5月第31卷第5M‘dv2O14.Vo1.31.No.5·1045··實(shí)驗(yàn)研究·低功率超聲增強(qiáng)順鉑對食管鱗癌細(xì)胞的抗腫瘤作用黨麗峰楊洋劉東雷吳愷溫豐標(biāo)趙松【摘要】目的觀察低功率超聲在增強(qiáng)Nef對食管鱗癌細(xì)胞抗腫瘤作用中的影響。方法以食管鱗癌EC9706細(xì)胞為實(shí)驗(yàn)對象,分別利用單純低功率超聲(0.5W/cm和1.0w/cm。)、單純順鉑(1Ixmol/L)、先超聲處理再加入順鉑(超聲+順鉑)和先加入順鉑再應(yīng)用超聲(順鉑+超聲)。4種方式干預(yù)細(xì)胞的生長,細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)試劑盒(CCK一8)法檢測細(xì)胞活力,顯微鏡下定
2、性觀察熒光染色,流式細(xì)胞術(shù)定量檢測細(xì)胞凋亡。結(jié)果超聲功率分別為0.5w/cm。和1.0W/cm時,CCKI8法檢測細(xì)胞活力,與對照組(3.78%、3.97%)比較,低功率超聲(14.36%、15.43%)明顯降低了腫瘤細(xì)胞活力(P<0.05)。超聲功率為0.5w/cm時,順鉑+超聲組(cisPt+us)細(xì)胞凋亡率為(67.23±4.38)%,明顯高于超聲+順鉑組(US+cisPt)的(75.38±3.98)%(P<0.05)。結(jié)論低功率超聲可以提高腫瘤細(xì)胞對化療藥物的敏感性,抗腫瘤藥物和超聲序貫干預(yù)的先后順序,有助于提高
