1、腹腔鏡下直腸癌前側(cè)切除術(shù)治療直腸癌的效果觀察［摘要］目的觀察腹腔鏡下直腸癌前側(cè)切除術(shù)治療直腸癌的效果。方法選取本院2010年5月?2011年5月收治的64例直腸癌患者，依照就診編號(hào)將其隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組，各32例，對(duì)照組接受傳統(tǒng)開(kāi)腹治療，觀察組接受腹腔鏡下直腸癌前側(cè)切除手術(shù)治療，觀察并對(duì)比兩組的臨床療效、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況和術(shù)后3年存活率。結(jié)果觀察組總有效率達(dá)93.8%,對(duì)照組總有效率為78.1%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P60ml發(fā)生率顯著低于對(duì)照組，術(shù)中出血量少于對(duì)照組（1X0.01）；兩組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、3年生存率和復(fù)發(fā)擴(kuò)散率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈0.05）。結(jié)論
