2、的樣品煙葉氮含量<0．3％，9．93％的樣品煙葉氯含量>0．8％．鉀氯比的平均值為7．12±5．51。②鉀氯比>8時(shí)。氯含量偏低是造成鉀氯比偏高的主要原因；鉀氯比<4時(shí)，煙葉的灰色和燃燒性均較差，且與其他三組的差異達(dá)到顯著水平，鉀氯比與評(píng)吸指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性最大；鉀氯比為8～l2時(shí)，評(píng)吸總分最高，低分群比例在4個(gè)組中比例最低。商分群比例在4個(gè)組中比例最高．鉀氯比與評(píng)吸指標(biāo)的簡(jiǎn)單相關(guān)系數(shù)均為正相關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞：烤煙；鉀；氯；鉀氯比；感官質(zhì)量中圖分類號(hào)：$572文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：ARelationshipbetweenPotassiumContent，ChlorineC
