1、單動頭和雙動頭半鍛置換治療高齡老年人股骨頸骨折比較［摘要］目的：比較單動頭置換與雙動頭置換在高齡老年人($85歲)股骨頸骨折屮的治療效果。方法：我院2004?2007年共收治50例高齡老年(#85歲)股骨頸骨折患者，分為單動頭置換組(27例)和雙動頭置換組(23例)。隨訪6個月?4年，平均3.4年。對兩組患者手術(shù)時間、手術(shù)出血量、住院時間、住院費用、并發(fā)癥、關(guān)節(jié)功能及死亡率等進行比較。結(jié)果：兩組患者平均手術(shù)時間、術(shù)屮岀血量、住院時間、并發(fā)癥、關(guān)節(jié)功能Harris評分及死亡率比較，差異無顯著性(P〉0.05)。住院費用比較，雙動頭置換纟R術(shù)屮多于單動頭
