1、軍醫(yī)進(jìn)修學(xué)院學(xué)報AcadJPLAPostgradMedSch2006Aug,27(4)·251·鹽酸吡格列酮對肌肉組織胰島素抵抗發(fā)生的影響柳紅芳,陸菊明,母義明,陸祖謙,肖彧君,詹曉蓉,潘長玉(解放軍總醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科,北京100853)[摘要]目的:探討鹽酸吡格列酮對飽和脂肪酸誘導(dǎo)的大鼠肌肉組織胰島素抵抗發(fā)生的影響。方法:45只雄性Wistar大鼠分為3組。對照組喂飼普通塊料,高脂組喂飽和脂肪酸提供59%KJ的高脂飼料,鹽酸吡格列酮組在-1-1喂飼高脂飼料的同時,灌胃給鹽酸吡格列酮10mg·kg·d。各組喂飼11周后測定各
2、項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:與對照組比較,高脂組大鼠體內(nèi)脂肪相對含量、空腹血糖、血清胰島素、甘油三酯、膽固醇、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)、肌肉中甘油三酯含量均顯著升高;而肌肉組織中膽固醇含量無顯著改變,高脂組肌肉胰島素受體含量、肌肉GLUT4蛋白的相對含量均明顯下降。鹽酸吡格列酮組體內(nèi)脂肪相對含量、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、膽固醇、胰島素和胰島素抵抗指數(shù)、肌肉組織中甘油三酯含量均較高脂組明顯降低。肌肉細(xì)胞膜胰島素受體含量和GLUT4蛋白含量與高脂組無顯著差異。結(jié)論:鹽酸吡格列酮干預(yù)胰島素抵抗的作用在肌肉組織主要表現(xiàn)在減輕組織中甘油三酯的沉積。[關(guān)鍵詞]
