2、四甲基偶氮唑鹽(Mq’T)比色法進(jìn)行麝香保心丸及其人血成分的活性篩選。結(jié)果麝香保心丸在50g/m1濃度下具有較好的保護(hù)原代心肌細(xì)胞缺氧-復(fù)氧損傷的作用;人參皂苷Rbl、人參皂苷Rb2、蟾毒靈和麝香酮具有較好的保護(hù)原代心肌細(xì)胞缺氧-復(fù)氧損傷的作用。結(jié)論麝香保心丸具有抗心肌細(xì)胞缺氧一復(fù)氧損傷的作用,人參皂苷Rbl、人參皂苷Rb2、蟾毒靈和麝香酮是其主要的有效成分。該研究為麝香保心丸深入的藥效和機(jī)制研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。[關(guān)鍵詞]麝香保心丸;心肌細(xì)胞;缺氧一復(fù)氧模型;活性成分篩選[中圖分類號]R972[文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼]A[文章編號]1006—0111(2014)03—0209—04[DoI]10
