2、emicstroke，IS)初發(fā)和復(fù)發(fā)的相關(guān)性，為臨床診斷、病情評(píng)估和預(yù)后判斷提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法：以216例Is患者為研究對(duì)象，其中初發(fā)134例，復(fù)發(fā)82例，并選取100名健康體檢者為對(duì)照組，分別檢測(cè)3組受試者的Hcy、NT—proBNP、hs．CRP的變化水平，同時(shí)對(duì)Is初發(fā)和復(fù)發(fā)的因素進(jìn)行多元logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果：初發(fā)和復(fù)發(fā)Is患者的Hcy、NT—proBNP和hs—CRP水平均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0．01)，且復(fù)發(fā)組的Hcy、NT—proBNP和hs—CRP水平均明顯高于初發(fā)Is組(P<0．01)；復(fù)發(fā)Is組Hcy、NT—pro
3、BNP、hs．CRP高于正常范圍值患者分別占56．10％、38．06％和74．39％，均顯著高于初發(fā)Is組的38．06％、26．87％和36．57％(P<0．01)；多元logistic回歸分析Hcy、NT-proBNP和hs—CRP水平的升高均是Is初發(fā)的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素，而罹患糖尿病和機(jī)體Hcy、NT．proBNP和Hs—CRP水平的升高均是Is復(fù)發(fā)的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論：Is患者的Hcy、NT—proBNP、hs—CRP水平顯著高于健康人群，且復(fù)發(fā)Is的檢測(cè)指標(biāo)水平亦高于初發(fā)患者，高水平的Hcy、NT—proBNP、hs—CRP均是Is初、復(fù)發(fā)
