1、·842·四川醫(yī)學(xué)2014年7月第35卷(第7期)SichuanMedicalJournal，2014Vo1．35，No．7，論著復(fù)方氯己定含漱液聯(lián)合碘甘油治療急性智齒冠周炎的臨床觀察劉潤(rùn)梅(綿陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院口腔科，四川綿陽(yáng)621000)【摘要】目的觀察復(fù)方氯己定含漱液聯(lián)合碘甘油治療急性智齒冠周炎的臨床治療效果。方法選擇2010年1月至2012年12月我院口腔科門(mén)診就診的急性智齒冠周炎患者200例。根據(jù)患者疾病的嚴(yán)重程度，將無(wú)張口受限分為A組，有張口受限分為B組；再將A、B兩組患者分別隨機(jī)分為A1、A2組和B1、B2
2、組。A1、B1組采用復(fù)方氯己定含漱液沖洗盲袋，再以探針將碘甘油導(dǎo)入盲袋內(nèi)。A2、B2組用3％雙氧水沖洗盲袋，同樣方法將碘甘油導(dǎo)入盲袋內(nèi)。A、B兩組患者就診前3天內(nèi)均未全身或局部用藥。結(jié)果在急性智齒冠周炎初期階段(A組)，復(fù)方氯己定含漱液聯(lián)合碘甘油治療的有效率為96％，3％雙氧水聯(lián)合碘甘油的有效率為82％，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(=5．005，P<0．05)；隨著疾病的發(fā)展(B組)，復(fù)方氯己定含漱液聯(lián)合碘甘油治療的有效率為76％，3％雙氧水聯(lián)合碘甘油的有效率為56％，氯己定與雙氧水的有效率明顯降低。結(jié)論復(fù)方氯己定含漱液聯(lián)合
