1、956實(shí)用醫(yī)學(xué)雜志2014年第30卷第6期·藥物與臨床·舒芬太尼對腹式全子宮切除術(shù)羅哌卡因硬膜外阻滯效應(yīng)的影響盧釗楷黃建忠符紫藝韓全國劉永宏王智鈞譚素云摘要目的：研究舒芬太尼對腹式全子宮切除術(shù)羅哌卡因硬膜外阻滯效應(yīng)的影響方法：選擇擬行腹式全子宮切除術(shù)的患者9O例隨機(jī)分為三組，對照組(D)在硬膜外2％利多卡因3mL試用量后給予1％羅哌卡因0．2mL／kg，實(shí)驗(yàn)1組(SI)在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予10g舒芬太尼，實(shí)驗(yàn)2組(s2)在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予20g舒芬太尼。對比觀察三組麻醉效果，生命體征變化及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果：s1，S2組硬膜外起效、達(dá)到感覺阻滯最高平面、達(dá)到Bromag評分為3的時(shí)間快
2、，感覺阻滯持續(xù)時(shí)間長，OAA／S評分更優(yōu)，與D組比較，P<0．叭，差異顯著有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，且s2組比s1組效果更佳。三組不良反應(yīng)差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。s1，s2組患者術(shù)中MAP、HR和SPO：均低于D組，P<0．05，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：合適劑量的舒芬太尼對全子宮切除術(shù)羅哌卡因硬膜外阻滯效應(yīng)具有加強(qiáng)的作用，加快麻醉起效，使麻醉效果更佳，具有較高的安全性．值得臨床推廣關(guān)鍵詞芬太尼；羅哌卡因；硬膜外阻滯：全子宮切除術(shù)ImpactofsulfentanylonropivacaineepiduralblockduringabdominalpanhysterectomyLUZHA0一kai，HUA
