2、尼組(c組，n=80)，并進(jìn)行感覺阻滯評定，Bromage評分(modifiedbromagescore，MBS)及鎮(zhèn)靜程度警覺／鎮(zhèn)靜評分(OAA／S評分)。結(jié)果：與單純羅哌卡因組相比，復(fù)合舒芬太尼的羅哌卡因組，在麻醉后，感覺阻滯的起效時(shí)間及達(dá)到最高平面的時(shí)間均縮短，麻醉維持時(shí)間延長，最高平面升高，明顯改善術(shù)中麻醉效果，提高患者在手術(shù)麻醉過程中的舒適性。結(jié)論：羅哌卡因復(fù)合舒芬太尼可增強(qiáng)手術(shù)患者硬膜外阻滯的麻醉效應(yīng)，且無明顯的副作用，從而為臨床上舒芬太尼和羅哌卡因復(fù)合應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵調(diào)：椎管內(nèi)麻醉；舒芬太尼；羅哌卡因；硬膜外阻滯文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：Bdoi：10．3969／j．issn
