2、5為差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果非血流感染組血清PCT濃度為0．15(0．065～0．55)ng／mI，血流感染組血清PCT水平為1．11(0．505～8．975)ng／ml，兩組間的血清PCT濃度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P：0．000)；以O(shè)．5Ong／mI為界點(diǎn)，PCT診斷的靈敏度為77．8、特異度為73．3，陽(yáng)性預(yù)測(cè)值和陰性預(yù)測(cè)值分剮為24．1％和96．8。結(jié)論定量檢測(cè)PCT可輔助快速排除或診斷血流感染，為避免抗菌藥物的過(guò)度使用或早期抗感染治療提供參考。關(guān)鍵詞：降鈣素原；血流感染；診斷DOI：10．3969／j．issn．1673—413O．2O14．13．029文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)
