2、供參考,本實驗運用小白鼠生物檢測法,對2007年12月至2009年5月在該海域的17個采樣點采集的19個貝類品種共181份樣品進行麻痹性貝毒測定.結(jié)果顯示,珠江口海域貝類的PSP陽性檢出率為204%,無超標(biāo),其中2009春季采自澳頭和霞涌的華貴櫛孔扇貝的檢出值最高,為215Mu/100g軟組織.PSP檢出率呈明顯季節(jié)特征,冬季最高,夏季次之,秋季最低.PSP的地理分布范圍較廣,珠江口、大鵬灣和大亞灣均有檢出.主要染毒貝類為僧帽牡蠣(Ostreacucullata)、櫛江珧(Atrinapectinata)、華貴櫛孔扇貝(Chlamysnobilis)、褶牡蠣(Ostr
