1、第28卷第3期長治醫(yī)學院學報VolJ28No.31722014年6月JOURNALOFCHANGZHIMEDICALCOLLEGEJun.2014阻抑熒光動力學法測定痕量頭孢他啶楊小麗楊金香李俊波摘要目的:建立頭孢他啶的阻抑熒光動力學測定方法。方法:利用頭孢他啶對羅丹明B—KBr0s體系的熒光反猝滅作用,以559.0nm為激發(fā)波長,581.0Din為發(fā)射波長,以對應試劑空白的熒光強度為F。,計算△F—F—F。。根據(jù)△F值與溶液中頭孢他啶的濃度呈正比關(guān)系,建立阻抑熒光動力學法測定頭孢他啶的新方法。結(jié)果:頭孢他啶的質(zhì)量濃度在0.636~8.268ng/mL范圍內(nèi)與其熒光強度
