2、出量,繪制溶出曲線,比較不同形態(tài)西洋參皂苷成分的溶出特征。結(jié)果表明,在以水為溶出介質(zhì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)中,西洋參破壁飲片中人參皂苷較粗粉、傳統(tǒng)飲片具有更快的溶出速度,5min時(shí)溶出度就達(dá)到了總質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的90%,溶出量比飲片高出14%,比粗粉高出8%;在以模擬胃液為溶出介質(zhì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)中,西洋參破壁飲片中人參皂苷比提取物中人參皂苷溶出速度上稍慢,但最大溶出量比傳統(tǒng)飲片提取物高出5%,比粗粉高出14%。該文首次通過體外溶出度研究證明,西洋參破壁飲片化后能夠改善其有效成分的溶出效率。[關(guān)鍵詞]西洋參;破壁飲片;粗粉;傳統(tǒng)飲片;溶出度;人參皂苷Dissolutiondifferenceofgin

7、thedissolutionratesofginsenosidesfromultrafinegranularpowderexceeded90%ofthetotalcontentwith5min,significantlyhigherthanthatoftheothertwoformsinwaterinvitro.Atthesametime,thedissolvedamountoftheultrafinegranularpowderwasfourteenpercenthigherthanthatofthetraditionalpiecesa
