1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)課題名稱超聲強化堿法從槐米中提取蘆丁的工藝研究超聲強化堿法從槐米中提取蘆丁的工藝研究摘要本文目的是采用超聲波強化堿法取法,以得出超聲波提取槐米中蘆丁的最佳條件。方法是針對提取PH值、超聲波處理時間、提取功率和料液比等四個因素進行研究,并在單因素的基礎(chǔ)上進行正交實驗,用30%乙醇進行浸取方法處理樣品提取蘆丁,用紫外分光光度法確定蘆丁在波長400-600nm之間的最大吸收波長,并用分光光度法測定蘆丁的含量。結(jié)果表明影響槐花中蘆丁提取率的因素大小為:D>A>B>C,最佳工藝組合是料液比1:60、PH=10、t=7min、P=300W,即
