2、值至3,靜置,至沉淀完全后,抽濾,收集沉淀得到蘆丁粗品,粗品在60-70℃水浴中溶解,煮沸15min,趁熱抽濾,靜置濾液,待沉淀完全,抽濾,沉淀在65℃干燥40min,得到蘆丁的純化物;堿溶酸沉法是用蒸餾水浸泡,加氧化鈣1-1.5g,調節(jié)PH至8,加熱至微沸,保持40min,趁熱過濾,浸煮2次,收集濾液,用濃鹽酸調節(jié)PH至5,靜置至沉淀完全,將沉淀在60-70℃水浴中,溶解,煮沸15min,趁熱抽濾,靜置濾液,待沉淀完全,抽濾,沉淀在65℃干燥40min,得到蘆丁的純化物。本實驗中堿溶酸沉法比超聲法的提取率高。關鍵詞:槐米;超聲提取法;堿溶酸沉法;紫外分光
