2、值至3，靜置，至沉淀完全后，抽濾，收集沉淀得到蘆丁粗品，粗品在60-70℃水浴中溶解，煮沸15min，趁熱抽濾，靜置濾液，待沉淀完全，抽濾，沉淀在65℃干燥40min，得到蘆丁的純化物；堿溶酸沉法是用蒸餾水浸泡，加氧化鈣1-1.5g，調節(jié)PH至8，加熱至微沸，保持40min，趁熱過濾，浸煮2次，收集濾液，用濃鹽酸調節(jié)PH至5，靜置至沉淀完全，將沉淀在60-70℃水浴中，溶解，煮沸15min，趁熱抽濾，靜置濾液，待沉淀完全，抽濾，沉淀在65℃干燥40min，得到蘆丁的純化物。本實驗中堿溶酸沉法比超聲法的提取率高。關鍵詞：槐米；超聲提取法；堿溶酸沉法；紫外分光
