1、云南省勐臘縣中學(xué)教師師資狀況研究摘要百年大計(jì)教育為本，教育是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，是一切富強(qiáng)民國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和的重中之重。國民教育在國家各項(xiàng)社會事業(yè)中的基礎(chǔ)性重要作用毋庸置疑，然而振興教育的希望就離不開教師，教師是教育的靈魂，一個學(xué)校除了必須具備齊全的教學(xué)資源，還要有一支健全的師資隊(duì)伍。學(xué)校的發(fā)展離不開教師、學(xué)生的教育離不開教師。一所學(xué)校想擁有一流的教育，就必須擁有一流的教師，建設(shè)高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍，是科教興國的一項(xiàng)重大舉措，能否建成一支政治堅(jiān)定、業(yè)務(wù)精湛、師德高尚、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、相對穩(wěn)定的高素質(zhì)中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍，決定著中學(xué)教育改革的成敗。中學(xué)教師，是陪伴學(xué)生成長的關(guān)鍵時期。中學(xué)階段的學(xué)生
