2、及生理鹽水，觀察兩組患者BIS、Ramsay、心率等鎮(zhèn)靜指標(biāo)，并觀測(cè)血流動(dòng)力學(xué)變化，探討右美托咪定的鎮(zhèn)靜效果及安全性。結(jié)果：觀察組BIS術(shù)前與術(shù)中BIS指數(shù)分別為93．8±4．9及65．2±3．6，Ramsay評(píng)分分別為2．1±0．5及4．0±0．8，心率分別為71．5±5．8及60．7±4．2，上述三項(xiàng)指標(biāo)術(shù)中與術(shù)前數(shù)據(jù)存在明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異，且與對(duì)照組同一時(shí)期對(duì)比存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異，血壓指標(biāo)兩組組間及術(shù)前、術(shù)中對(duì)比均不存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；觀察組出現(xiàn)6例心動(dòng)過緩，5例低血壓，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率13．8％，對(duì)照組出現(xiàn)5例心動(dòng)過緩，5例低血壓，并發(fā)癥發(fā)
