2、onA,禁食8h后眼球采血,并取肝組織,進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的檢測及病理組織學(xué)檢查。結(jié)果隨著ConA劑量的提高,小鼠肝脾腫大較為明顯,肝脾指數(shù)與對照組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01)。血漿谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)和谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)在較高劑量下升高比較明顯(P<0.O1);ConA劑量的增加對血漿還原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影響較為明顯(P<0.01),而對超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)影響并不是很大。肝勻漿中的糖原含量、GSH—PX以及SOD活性均有不同程度的降低,但與ConA劑量沒有對應(yīng)關(guān)系。肝臟病變在上述劑量范圍內(nèi)不明顯
