2、jury,ALI)的保護(hù)作用,并探討其可能機(jī)制.清潔級雄性昆明小鼠腹腔注射LPS5mg/kg前1h或注射LPS后1h給予LF5mg/body,同時(shí)以2mg/kg地塞米松治療組為陽性對照組.給予LPS12h后,收集左肺肺泡灌洗液.檢測白細(xì)胞介素一10及腫瘤壞死因子一的含量、總蛋白含量;離心后將沉淀重懸檢測灌洗液中總細(xì)胞數(shù).取右肺上葉速凍于一80%冰箱,檢測肺組織中髓過氧化物酶含量;中葉稱濕、干重,計(jì)算肺濕/干重比;下葉進(jìn)行HE染色,觀察肺組織病理學(xué)改變.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),LF能明顯減輕肺泡腔出血、水腫、炎細(xì)胞浸潤等病理過程,肺組織病理學(xué)評分明顯降低(P<0.05);LF能降低肺組織MPO活性、
